You will make your selections in person October 5 & 6, 2024 at Harrah's Northern California.
Can I return or exchange an item I've already ordered?
All transactions are final, and items cannot be returned once orders are placed.
When is the earning period for this event?
The earning period will begin at 6:00 AM on Monday, July 1, 2024 and will end at 5:59 AM on Tuesday, October 1, 2024.
Where do I get the gift(s) that I ordered?
You will claim your gifts in person November 22-24, 2024 in the Promotions Area at Harrah's Northern California.
